Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel their order before it is marked as shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Only items damaged in transit are eligible for a refund.
  • The customer must upload a video of the unboxing of the sealed package clearly showing the damage.
  • Refund requests without a video will be declined.

3. Return Shipping

Customers must bear the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the merchant.

4. Merchant Response

  • Merchants must respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
  • If no response is received, Vichitra Art may issue the refund on behalf of the merchant.

5. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
